Nests with minced meat are an easy–to-prepare and original idea for a quick dinner. Pasta is prepared together with stuffing from minced meat on a vegetable pillow in one frying pan or saucepan, which makes a fragrant and delicious dish at home.

  1. Finely chop 1 onion and garlic. Add to minced meat along with spices, salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
  2. From minced meat, make meatballs according to the number of pasta nests. Focus on the dishes in which you plan to cook.
  3. Grate the carrots, chop the second onion finely. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom or a saucepan.
  4. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer for about a minute.
  5. Put the nests in the pan, prepared meatballs on top. Pour water over the level of the nests. Bring to a boil and simmer under a closed lid over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  6. Toward the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, leave for a few minutes under a closed lid. Decorate the finished pasta with fresh herbs.
