  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Carrots are also cut into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Fry the onion and carrot in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced meat, breaking it into small lumps with a spatula, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, olives, garlic, basil, oregano, simmer for another half a minute.
  4. Add salt and pepper, add 350 ml of hot water and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a ladle, boil the pasta until "al dente". Drain the boiled pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve it on the table.
