Wholegrain pasta with zucchini and ricotta

Whole—grain pasta, rich in fiber, vitamins and protein, young zucchini and ricotta, which has a lot of calcium, is not only a useful, but also an unusual combination. And this recipe is so easy to prepare that it can safely claim a place in the weekly diet.





  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  2. Grease 2 baking sheets with oil and put the thinly sliced zucchini slices in 1 layer. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in the oven until soft and golden for 25-30 minutes, sometimes turning the baking sheet with other sides.
  4. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan with boiling salted water, boil the pasta until tender. Drain the water.
  5. Add olive oil, lemon zest and zucchini to the pasta. Mix well and serve with ricotta.
